The City Council of Missouri Valley will hold a Special Meeting to conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of the proposed Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations.

The public hearing will provide an opportunity for residents and interested parties to comment on the proposed ordinances. Following the public hearing, the City Council will consider the first reading of each ordinance and may take action to waive the second and third readings and proceed with adoption.

Copies of the proposed ordinances are available for public review at City Hall and on the City’s website.
