The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the proposed rezoning of properties located along the Erie Street Corridor. Following the public hearing, the Planning and Zoning Commission may consider a recommendation to the City Council regarding the proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map.

A map of the affected properties is available for public inspection at Missouri Valley City Hall during normal business hours.
