Bid Deadline- Demolition of 500 Superior Street

The City of Missouri Valley is accepting sealed bids for the demolition and site restoration of the property located at 500 East Superior Street.

Scope includes demolition of the residential structure and garage, removal of foundation and basement, sidewalk removal (north side), tree removal, utility termination, and grading of the lot.

Sealed bids must be received by 4:00 PM on February 27, 2026 at City Hall, 223 East Erie Street.
