Don’t Forget your Dog License

Reminder starting January 1st to register your dogs.

Chapter 56, Dog License Required, states that every owner of a dog over the age of six months shall procure a license from the City Clerk on or before the first day of May each year.

License fees are as follows:

Altered Dogs-$10.00

Unaltered Dogs-$15.00

The owner must furnish a veterinarian’s certificate showing that the dog has been vaccinated against rabies and the vaccination does not expire within six months from the effective date of the license.
